Your ClexSoft account
Age: You must be 18 years of age or over to access and use ClexSoft Market.
ClexSoft account: When you create an ClexSoft account, you become a Member of the ClexSoft community and receive access to all of our ClexSoft Market sites. Membership is free. Your ClexSoft account is also your account for other ClexSoft services, including ClexSoft. As a Member you will be able to Buy Items from ClexSoft Website, participate in our online forums, and generally contribute to our ecosystem of ClexSoft site that help people get creative.
How Buying Items works
What do you get when you download an Item?
License: When you ‘Buy’ an Item, you are only acquiring a limited, non-exclusive license to use that Item in accordance with the terms of the applicable Item License, the terms of which are set by ClexSoft Market. You do not acquire any rights of ownership in that Item, which remain at all times with the applicable Author who may license that same Item to others. This license also applies to you if you download an Item that someone else has bought for you (because anyone downloading an Item needs to be a Member). Different Item License types are available for you to choose when you have selected an Item. You’ll need to think about the way you want to use the Item so that you can pick the right license to allow that use. It’s your responsibility to choose the correct license.
Terms of Buying:
When you Buy an ClexSoft Market Item, you agree that:
we and the ClexSoft do not promise that any particular Item will continue to be available on ClexSoft Market so you should download and save the Item as soon as you Buy it;
once you Buy or download an Item and the Item has been paid for, you acquire a non-exclusive license to use the Item under the terms set out in the license
Pricing and payment:
Buying an Item: If you have an ClexSoft account, you can make payments by using the “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart” functions on the relevant Item page.
Total Item price: The Total Item price payable by a Buyer for an Item on ClexSoft Market is made up of
Item price: a license fee (for the license you choose for the Item) and, if relevant, an Item support fee (for supported Items)
Buyer fee: a fee Buyers pay ClexSoft for the services we provide to Buyers
The List Price for an Item is made up of the Item price and Buyer fee, and is the price you see on an Item page. Any Handling fee or Taxes will, where applicable, apply in addition to the List Price. Check out this Glossary for more information about all the parts of the Total Item price.
Payment methods:
You can pay for your Items via, credit card or other payment methods we may offer from time to time. You may be required to pay an additional handling fee and this could depend on the method of payment you choose. ClexSoft has no control over these and they will not be stated at the checkout. If you have any questions on those fees, we recommend reaching out to your own financial institution or payment provider.
Payment information. If you elect to pay by credit card or other payment method, you will be required to provide information regarding your credit card or other payment method. You represent and warrant that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment method. You will promptly update your account information of any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur. You agree to pay the amount that is specified as the Total Item Price for each specific Item you Buy. If you dispute any charges you must let us know within sixty (60) days after the date that we charge you, or within such longer period of time as may be required under applicable law.
Payment processing. Notwithstanding any amounts owed to us hereunder, WE DO NOT PROCESS PAYMENTS FOR ANY CLEXSOFT MARKET SERVICES. To facilitate payments, including via credit card, or debit card, we may use one or more third-party payment processors (the Payment Processors). These payment processing services are provided by the Payment Processors and are subject to the applicable Payment Processor’s terms and conditions, privacy policy, and all other relevant agreements. You hereby authorize the applicable Payment Processor to store payment information and continue billing your specified payment method.
Member statements:
Your transactions are logged on your Member statement, which records the payments made by you to Authors via ClexSoft Market (as a Buyer) and by Buyers via ClexSoft Market to you (as an Buyer).
Currency conversion costs:
Costs of Items are in US Dollars. We may offer Items for sale in other currencies from time to time. You are responsible for all costs of currency conversion relating to a transaction on ClexSoft Market. Your financial institution does the currency conversion and may charge you additional fees outside of our control.
Privacy Policy
We respect your right to privacy. We insure you that all information being submitted or collected in the processing of using the Site and the services will be kept strictly confidential and used “solely” by Clex Soft for marketing purposes and to enhance and improve the user online experience. We do not share, rent, sell, or release this information to any individual, entity, or third party, for any reason, with exception as required by Law, Regulation, or Governmental Authority.The type of information that we collect and retain depends upon your interaction with our Site.
What We Collect
We collect the personally identifiable information you provide to us, including name, mailing address, telephone numbers, email addresses and other information. All this information is provided voluntarily by the User through various web forms such as user accounts, order forms, email messages, submission forms or product or other information requests. We may also collect information related to your contact with our customer support team or store results when you respond to a survey.
We also collect different types of non-personally identifiable information about our web site visitors. These include but are not limited to referral URL’s, Users’ IP addresses, access times, referring web site addresses, pages visited, time spent on the Site, etc.
We do not collect or transmit sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) over the internet; all information regarding credit card holder or credit card number, or other like is verifying and processing by third parties (PayPal or any other payment processing company) in order to process the credit card transaction. These third parties are not authorized to use your information for any reason other than to fulfill our service.
How We Use The Collected Information
We use the collected information mainly to provide the service requested by the User. It is used for initial service provision and ongoing User’s support. The information can also be used for sending you periodic emails announcing important service, new products, Company updates and news, different promotions, etc. We do not send SPAM, you may decide NOT to receive such emails by unsubscribing from our list at any time.
The information is also used for record and billing purposes and for improving the Site’s effectiveness and our business.
The information collected and stored automatically by our Site is used to measure the number of visitors to our Site and to identify system performance or for server issues. We also use this information to help us expand the coverage of our Site and to make our Site more useful.

We may also link to co-branded websites that are maintained by Clex Soft and one or more of our business partners.
We reserve the right to change the above Privacy Policy at any time. Such changes will become effective and binding after their posting on the Site.
